    Too cluttered with adverts - it's hard to focus on the content and how to navigate around the site with all the space given up to ads. I find myself getting frustrated and moving out of the site because of this.

    Go back to the original icons. The soccer player is just weird and the swimmer is swimming backwards (assuming this is America where we read left to right). The biker looks like a motocross bike. Enough said. Old icons.
