When I am plotting a new route, the map continues to move on it's own, up, down, left, right, depending on where I click on it.  Sometimes it moves in the wrong direction.  Is there any way to freeze the frame?

There sure is - I'm not positive this is your problem but it sounds most likely like the 'Auto Recenter Map' checkbox is ticked. It is located in the left bar on the map page. If you unclick the box, you should be able to move the map around as you need and not have to worry about it moving on you. Hope this helps!

I had the same problem and unticking 'Auto Recenter' worked for me.

I think I know what you mean... no matter where you move the cursor the map keeps following it, right? ...even when you don't click the map? It certainly seems like a bug. But I have been able to get around it by moving the mouse OFF the edge of the browser window, clicking the desktop somewhere and then returning to the browser with the cursor from the other side of the window... kinda come in from the "backdoor". This usually settles down the auto-following behavior that I experienced.
