    swimming and biking seem limited for the type of intensities a user can select.  The running options are decent.

    i think that the type of biking should not be linked to the intensity.  For example, a mountain bike ride can be high intensity.  A bike ride on a trainer can also be high intensity.

    I get that you're trying to track calorie consumption but it would be nicer to use our own HR monitors and record a true intensity level. 

    I think you could separate the type of bike/swim from the intensity levels.  Perhaps you could use the ones listed in the "Triathlon training bible".

    Also, many workouts are broken up with a warm up, sets of intervals, cool down.  It would be nice to be able to track the specifics in more than just the notes section.  And if a specific workout is commonly used then it would be nice to save the workouts and select it from a drop down list.
