    Hi,

When I log in to MMR the map does not progress past the world map to a more local map showing the street I live on like it used to.

If I am lucky I get a Google search box that allows me to type my address in and zoom to my street, but I only get this box 1 out of 5 times I open the site.

If I do try to start mapping the programme tells me that the point I am trying to enter is too far away from my starting point and to clear all and start again.  This does not work.

If my coach sends me a map the only way I can view it is to print it.  The map on the screen will not progress past the world map.

I have not been able to map a run for nearly 6 weeks and am becoming very frustrated.  Can someone help??

What browser are you using? Are you behind a firewall?

Morning, I am using internet explorer v6.  Yes, I am behind a firewall.  Neither of these things have changed (that I am aware of) since I began using MMR.

Well, something somewhere stopped working, and my best guess would be that one of the APIs we use is now being blocked preventing you from searching and being zoomed into the proper area. I would try and see if you can remove that.

Also, if you can you should upgrade away from IE6, it's nearly a decade old and a dinosaur in the sphere of browsers. IE7, Safari, Firefox are good upgrades, and are also much faster. That may help, but I'm not sure it's a browser issue.

Aaagh!  I've got exactly the same problem although I don't even get the world map.  I have done everything it says on the HELP page under I CANNOT SEE THE MAP, still no joy.  I have upgraded recently I think to IE8 - would that affect it?  Did your problem get fixed, alijay?

    No luck yet.

I also don't think its a browser issue.  I agree that V6 is a dinosaur but I am not prepared to battle with Corporate IT on that front.

International issue perhaps?  Where abouts are you JJ?  I am in Western Australia.

Your corporate network is probably blocking one of our APIs. I would suggest using FF + Firebug to determine which one it is, but it's something out of our control and you probably couldn't change your browser anyway.
