So i have been using the same style shoes for the past few years(Brooks Adrenalines) and this time it was recommended to me to get the Brooks Ravenna. I did a little over 6 miles today in the new shoes and my right knee was bothering me a little bit afterwards. When it comes to running I don't like to take any chances on injuries. Do you think I should try the shoes out again or go back to my old style? For some background...I have been running for years and average about 40-50 miles a week. Never had any knee problems, but used to have and still worry about stress fractures.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.  Perhaps those new shoes aren't the best for you.  It really is too early to tell but if you can still take them back why not go back to the old favorites.
