Help!: Can't add any .gpx data

I have twice successfully uploaded data via gpx file format but can never do it regularly. I have tried this on three browsers (safari, firefox and explorer) on three machines (two macs and one PC) with 2 different isps.

I have a Garmin forerunner 301 but I have the data saved as a gpx and can successfully view it in training center and another program called trail runner so I know that the file is good. I dont care about being able to directly import it from the device.

The file I am trying to upload is 2mb but I have also tried parsing it out to do it that way and still no luck.

Not sure if it matters but I live in Italy.
