    How many years have you been running?

    since 2001

    Morning runner or night runner?

    night

    Your arch type and gait profile?

    normal arch, neutral gait. Tend to supinate when tired.

    Your favourite running shoe (include brand/model)?

    Mizuno wave rider 9. trying 10 next year.

    Average run distance/mileage?

    6-8km for normal runs, 15+km long run.

    Run schedule? (weekly/monthly)

    twice weekly? depends on work schd.

    Any past/current injuries?

    Ankle tendon injuries, ITB, bleeding toes.

    Next run/race goal?

    marathon

    Your next marathon/race strategy?

    walk/run from start, try keep stamina for later half of marathon. (i love j.galloway :) )

    How many years have you been running? 2

    Morning runner or night runner?  Night, day at weekends etc.

    Your arch type and gait profile?  arch high- gait unknown

    Your favourite running shoe (include brand/model)?  Varies, about to make another purchase, ahve used Saucony, Mizuno & New Balance

    Average run distance/mileage? Past two months have been poor, but had been averaging around 120 miles each month.

    Run schedule? (weekly/monthly)  varies dependant on time of year and weather, in the summer I regularly did 30-40 miles per week

    Any past/current injuries? Worst has been twisted ankle (touch-wood)- have lost both big-toenails if that counts!

    Next run/race goal? My goal is to get back into a regular running routine and keep fit and alive

    Your next marathon/race strategy? -       I intend to run further and faster

    How many years have you been running? since 1993 ... thats make 14 yrs ..

    Morning runner or night runner? Both, run alot at night during wk day and early morning during wk end

    Your arch type and gait profile? don't know... what is it ??

    Your favourite running shoe (include brand/model)? Asics, kayona, I think this is the most expensive shoe I ever brought, but also the most comfortable I ever wear.

    Average run distance/mileage? Depend on schedule, near marathon period, can by up to 50-60 km/week. Now I am just keeping 20-30km/week

    Run schedule? (weekly/monthly) 1 wkday run, and 1 wkend LSD ( long slow distance run )

    Any past/current injuries? Always felt that knee is giving way...

    Next run/race goal? Can only join SCSM 2008 due to 2nd baby.... goal is to achieve 4 - 4.15 hr

    Your next marathon/race strategy? Will start speed training in May - Aug, and mileage build up from Aug - Nov.

Average run distance/mileage? 7 km Run schedule? (weekly/monthly) Daily with a day rest in a week Any past/current injuries? Left Knee sore after marathon. Have been nursing it since. Next run/race goal? Marathon. Cut my timing. Your next marathon/race strategy? Start training on the second half of 2008. No plans on the details yet.

    How many years have you been running?
    Since 1994 when someone by the name of Aik Hong pulled me to join the Mobile Marathon.

    Morning runner or night runner?
    Both. Like afternoon jog too.

    Your arch type and gait profile?
    Dun know, just run.

    Your favourite running shoe (include brand/model)?
    Asics/Gel Foundation Plus. Unable to wear other model as feet giving problem if use other model.

    Average run distance/mileage?
    Trying to maintain my 40-50km weekly mileage.

    Run schedule? (weekly/monthly)
    Depending but mainly doing around 3 x 10km on weekdays and a long run on weekends.

    Any past/current injuries?
    IT Band under stretch resulting in knee cap pain.

    Next run/race goal?
    Maybe Sundown Marathon, SCSM 2008. Hoping to get my IPPT Gold and SCSM 2008 below 5 hours.

    Keep running and keep breathing.

    How many years have you been running?

    Started long runs in 1998. Somehow rather been "forced" by my Boss to run a Marathon. Was enlightened since then and never stop till date.

    Morning runner or night runner?

    Usally morning..

    Your arch type and gait profile?

    Good happy feet, with 20 toes :D

    Your favourite running shoe (include brand/model)?

    Been wearing Asics (Kayano & DS Trainer) since 1998, convert to Miz Wave Rider 10 for SCM in 2007. Tried New Balance, but cannot balance with it.

    Average run distance/mileage?

    Now it the so called off season after SCM. Average abt 15km week. Training for IPPT. Will progessive pick up for Mar Biathlon and May SunDown soon.

    Mon, Wed & Fri (In or out Camp), Sat or Sun @ East Coast

    Any past/current injuries?

    In pink of health.

    Next run/race goal?

    Mar Singapore Biathlon - target: under 1hr 40min / May SunDown Marathon - target: under 4hr

    Try my best , don't die with heart failure...seen too many recently

     Knee injury, plantar fasciitis, presently nursing IT band strain :(

     On and off since 1990. More frequently for last three years.

    Weekdays - Nights. Weekends - Mornings.

    Nike .. trying to find something better.

    Weekdays 8km per run. Weekends 10 - 12km per run

    A couple of 10km runs : Shape Run in July, Nike Run in August, Great Eastern Ladies Run in October.

    Asics nimbus or 2000 series if i dont want to spend the money on the numbus

    Average run distance/mileage?
    60-85mpw

    Run schedule? (weekly/monthly)
    I run every day with a few days off when i feel i need them, maybe a couple a month

    Any past/current injuries?
    i've had some knee problems but none to severe

    Next run/race goal?
    Cross Country season is coming up and my goals are a sub 25min 8k and a 31min 10k

    Your next marathon/race strategy?
    My strategy is to never run a marathon, it does not appeal to me in any way.
