There seem to be lots of great new features that should take a while to explore, but so far I can't seem to find a way to view the profile of a particular route.

Is this available somewhere and I'm just missing the link?  Or has this been lost in translation...

    Hi Technium-

Thanks for joining!  As for route profiles, we do have an elevation feature which I think is what you're looking for.  Look for the "show elevation" text towards the bottom of the map and click it.  You can also turn this on under "map settings" to the left of the map.

thanks - that is  big help...

is there somewhere that calculates how many feet of climbing overall in a given route?

On the elevation profile, we will display climbing stats if they become "significant".  However, there has been much feedback and debate about the quality of the calculated number, so it should be taken with a grain of salt.  Note that we will be working to improve this feature this year.

Right now, however, we make the raw data of the elevation of your route available in .csv format, if you'd like to try to perform calculations on the data yourself.
