I load my runs in KM and share them with a group of runners at work.  But when they list in the group they are in miles.  How do I change that?

I'd also like to add that I add runs in kms and my profile says to use kms when displaying maps but it always defaults to miles when you open them. I have to select the metric option on the left each time. Not a deal breaker but probably just a small bug. Great site. Huge potential.

"miles" is the default distance unit used on the site if you are not logged into the system.  However if you are logged in and have your preference set to metric, we expect you should see route lists in metric units.  rich- are you logged in when viewing the maps?

    Jeff,

I logged in and now the group runs show in kms.  Still, some of the guys looking at the runs are not members and I often look for routes while not logged in.  A button to toggle to kms for the hoi poloi would be a groovy idea.

Its a great site, and gave me some ideas on where to run at lunch (thanks to the RBA milers and others).

     Cheers
