Help!: Print function only brings up the route slip, but no map

On several of my rides, once I've opened them and click the print button, it only brings up the routeslip, but there is no map or elevation profile, even though they were selected when I chose to print. On the other hand, some of my rides are still working as usual. I've tried on both a Mac and a PC, same result. With the PC, there are two red X's in squares, up where the map and elevation profiles should be. I right click on them, select show picture, but nothing happens. I tried copying them, double clicking, etc. Nothing works. What's going on?
