Help!: Problem redeeming Bonus Points

    Has anyone had trouble redeeming their points at Backcountry?  Do these points expire?

    I tried to use mine just last week (that I got in Nov. 2007) and the code didn't work.  I sent an email to the MMR address that was on the e-mail I was sent with the code and got no reply.  I was thinking later maybe it didn't work because I was trying to use it on sale items, but maybe they do expire.

    Hi,

    Yes, the Backcountry.com certificates do expire after 30 days.  Sorry about this TS1207. 

    For those of you who are awaiting their certificates, I apologize that we are behind schedule with these.  We are in the process of re-structuring the program to allow for more selection as well as enabling our international users to participate.

    minitaur, i'm with you there.  i passed the 5,000 point mark a few months ago and have yet to hear anything.  it's ok.  i'm a patient guy and still like the site.  i was just wondering if i did something wrong.  sounds like it's just a delay with mmf.
