Help!: Map Dramas

    Hey can anyone help with this one?

    When using the map plotter I can see the map but can see the elevation or the tools on the left hand side. I know how to hide/reveal the tools on the side and have tried clearing my cache. I am using fire fox 2.0.0.12?

     I'm sorry to hear about your problems.  Unfortunately, the screen shots you tried to link to did not show up in the forums.  Can you send an email with your screenshots to feedback at mapmyfitness dot com so we can try to help?

    Man this is getting frustrating. I tried emailing the screenshots to feedback at mapmyfitness dot com but I cant paste the pictures on the email. Could I get the actual email address and just send a normal email using my outlook? Then I could just attach the screenshots and hit send.

    I have fixed the problem. After some time now (at least 2 years) I have just used Internet explorer. I can use the full functions of the map with ie so maybe I will just have to use this website using ie. Its pretty frustrating still all the same.

    What would you know, just as I got excited because it was working now it isnt again. I have spent to many hours on this so I will probably just steer clear of it for a while. It is just leaving more frustrated. Thanks for trying to help Jeff.
