Help!: Deleting routes

After getting to grips with mapmyride I need to delete some routes which I created in my profile and are open for general public to see... I cannot see a 'delete route' option in my persoanl settings, once you have create a route and saved it does that mean its on the system for good?

I'm afriad I don't.... just had a good look but can't see a del or edit option. If I click on one off the routes, I can edit it from there.

I got 'Name', 'Type', 'location', distance' and 'tell a friend'

 

I'm fully logged in; so should give me the option

FYI, you also can change the privacy settings of a route without deleting it.  While editing it, you can uncheck the "public route" box.  If you resave, it will stay in your profile, but not be available in public searches.
