Ok, this is especially for full busted ladies.  I usually have to wear two or sometimes THREE running bras in order to be comfortable running, although "comfortable" is a relative term.  I may be comfortable not bouncing around, but by the end of a run I feel like my chest is so constricted...it's one of the reasons MY hands and arms will sometimes go numb. I've tried just running with a Champion bra with underwire - but it doesn't give enough support.  What do the D cup runners do?  I am willing to pay premium if there is ONE bra that would do the job....I can't keep ace bandaging these things!!!

     Thanks.

I recommend you go to a good brashop in your area, one that does fittings, they usually have a MUCH better selection, plus they can tailor the bra if you require.  I really like the Enell bra for my long runs (It doesn't come in cup sizes, just 1,2,3 etc but if you're in between sizes a good tailor can alter to fit better).  I also suggest the Shock Absorber line of bras, I think they go up to a G cup size and they hold the girls still, but you might feel a bit constricted on a long run.  I also like the Champion Action Shape Jogbra (no underwire) which is available up to a DD.

    Good luck

I love the Moving Comfort Fiona bra. I'm a D cup, and was actually slightly bigger when I started wearing this bra (I was still nursing at the time). No bounce, whatsoever. It's the first sports bra I've ever worn that I could say that about. I highly recommend it!

I've also heard really good things about the Enell bras, but don't have any firsthand experience.

I will say that it seems to be that you get what you pay for. The bras that really work are going to cost a little more, but they're well worth it. Sierra Trading Post sometimes has the Moving Comfort bras in stock for a great discount though ($25, they're normally over $40).
