    Hi, I'm Addy, and I live in Northern California. I'm  51 years old, 5'6" and currently weigh 260. I've been walking pretty regularly for the last 3 weeks, and I'm just beginning to see the effects. Last week, I walked my first 5K ever (1:03), and that was the most motivating thing I've ever done!
