I have tried 2 different computers, different web browsers, beta vs non-beta MMR website. None of this seems to matter. It finds my Garmin device, it loads the data, then I get the dreaded: 0 routes, 0 tracks and 0 waypoints found message.  My Garmin 301 has 2 years worth of data on it. It works fine with the http://allsportgps.com website and the http://trail.motionbased.com website.

I and others, have  posted this issue in the MMR forums 9+ months ago without resolution. Does nobody else have this issue? How do I get in contact with MMR website people to get this matter addressed?

Friends brag about the MMR website but I have been unable to get it to work for 9 months.  I've tried installing the lasted Garmin drivers and software. Have installed a new copy of Garmin Training Center. None of this makes any difference.

It's really frustrating - any suggestions would be appreciated.
