When I'm mapping a long ride and I try to look at it after it's saved only the map markers show up and not any lines? Any reasons why?

I'm having similar problems.  I can no longer load the 203-mile Seattle to Portland route that I am riding this weekend.  Can't download it to my GPS.

It will only load part of the route and just the markers.

It was working fine under the older version of MMR.

Forgot to mention that I sent MMR an email but got an auto-response that the contact person would be out until 7/14.

I am having the same problems, plus when waiting for the route to appear the program hangs up with a warning that a script is running and if it continues to run my computer will become unresponsive... very maddening. Please fix.

Another unhappy rider!  Just the same problems as the others above - no red line showing the route, markers only and just the first about 25 miles of markers, very slow and no download to gps.  Getting very frustrating.  Deleted route several times and re-entered route.  Nada - tried to shorten and use fewer markers - Nada, tried to use all map feathures then no map features then different map features - Nada, ARRRGGGGH!

I keep getting the "a script has become unresponsive" message, and have real trouble plotting points. About half the time it simply won't let me put down a point -- then if I either undo the previous point or scroll the map around, I can do it again. I was just mapping a 100km ride, and had to keep turning off "follow roads" to get it to work right, and got about a dozen unresponsive script messages before it froze up on me entirely and lost all my work. I'm willing to deal with the mapping being very slow, but it's hard to deal with it not letting me map the route.

Same here- crashes and becomes unresponsive after about 65 miles and an hour of clicking! Maybe TOPO would be better for people using longer routes...

Ditto above.  What happened to the lines connecting the waypoints???  Also if this is a help forum where is the feedback or is it a SELF HELP forum where you are expecting us to help each other?  Also printing doesn't work.

Same problem here.  I have 13 mile runs that only show markers.  I can see the lines in edit mode, but not in the public URL.  I need to post some routes for group run tomorrow, and need to email a race director a course map.  Considering the first post in this thread was 15 days ago, I am not too optimistic. . .

    Here is an example: http://www.mapmyrun.com/run/united-states/nc/rocky-mt/274245311

If someone else can see the lines, let me know.  It may be my browser.

Can you post your problem rides? We've updated our mapping tool to allow for longer routes to be generated.  This was done this week so I'm suprised to still see problems.

Can you also post your browser type and if you have any firewall or spyware blockers that could be mistakenly keeping our script from running properly?
