Help!: can't edit

    Can someone tell me how to edit?  I need to move some points in the middle of a longe route, but the points (plus sign) do not show up so cannot be dragged to a new location.  The instructions sound simple: "First edit your Route Map below by clicking on the map and by moving the points around" but all that happens when I click at a turn (where there should be a point) is the map re-centers on that location. I have tried different routes and different computers, same results. Is basic editing available; please explain?

    I would like to point out that the best way to reach us is via the contact us link at the bottom of every page.

    Zoom into the area you want to edit, hover over the point you want to edit and an edit marker should pop up, drag and drop that to where you want it.

    The Edit Route welcome dialog window explains that to enter edit mode to modify the points, you need to click the 'undo' button once.  This is a known issue that we are working on...

    thanks Kevin ! I still don't see the tutorial workaround note (Undo once) entering Edit mode, but it works. For the first time, I have points visible and can rubber-band edit my route by moving them around. What a liberating feeling !

    Add / Delete sais: 

    "We are currently working on this feature. Please use your UNDO button to remove this point or insert any points before and after."

    I can move a point now or I can add a note - but I still can't add or delete a point.  Am I missing something?  Also my last point gets deleted (no big deal, I think I can add it back) 

    Also "Display custom markers" must be on for the edit to work ?

    I have had the same problem and clicking on Undo once sometimes brings it up and other times does not. I have not been able to added or edit points within a route. When I click on a location in the middle it just adds a new point from the end - INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING!!!! Also when you try to use the videos tutorials, they show the old interface - but there does not seem to be anyway to get back to the old interface. I have spent about three hours trying to correct an old route, and have basically given up! Even when I have deleted the points back to where I wanted to edit part of the run (which meant dropping about five miles off a fifteen mile run) I was still not able to add any new points. AAARGH!!!!
