Real Club Training Run Club: First Run Success

Hey everyone lived to tell!!!  I ran with Tony who wanted to run a 3 km route this morning---having made the route's myself I ended up taking Tony on a 4.5 k route by mistake.  Towards the end of the run Tony told me he had'nt run in 25 years!!!  I would have never known Tony---must be all those Spin classes.  Great first run today guys---looking forward to next weeks's run.  Have a great weekend.  Pino
