    Tonight I finally crossed the Arizona/California border. Hopefully in a short amount of time, I will make it to the coast and virtually dip my tire into the Pacific. I plan to head down to San Diego (my old stomping grounds), and then either up the coast to Washington and back across the country or down into Mexico.

    Any thoughts?

    Good news here. I'm finally out of Florida! Just crossed the border into Alabama.

    I'm not going to make it through Palmdale. I turned south off the 40 onto the 15. I will head all the way to the Mexico border and head north along the coast to Washington and then back eastward.

    Congrats for entering Alabama! It feels good to cross a state line huh?
