description: Long Cycle. Starting in Camp, first go for the Connor Pass, followed by FAST descent into Dingle - easy to get corners wrong at speed & no margin for error - If unfamiliar with road do not confuse ones intentions with abilities and take it easy. Stop & regroup at petrol station before proceeding around Slea Head. Return to Dingle, break again at petrol station. Longer climb up to Connor Pass. Regroup. FAST FAST descent. Extreme caution for first 1-1.5 Km (narrow, slippery, poor surface and possibly windy) after that speed within personal limits. Caution at lower final hairpin. Then onto Camp and a nice post cycle pint in O'Neills.

description: A good route whatever way you do it. As it's given there's a nice climb out of Tralee, fast safe roll into Castlemaine, flat stuff to Milltown and a nice wee climb out of it. From there its rolling hills to Killarney. There's a hill down from Fossa that needs some anchoring up after to stop you going straight through the junction at the bottom. From Killarney its more-a-less the same rolling stuff as far as Faranfore and after that nice fast roads right back to Tralee.

description: Good early season training route. Initial medium length steady climb to top of Castlemaine height gets the heart lungs and legs going followed by good fast decent into the town itself. Next on the menu is rolling hilly stuff as far as Faranfore and the spin in, outside of a slow pull out of Faranfore, is nice surfaced, largely flat stuff good for working the draft and building up speed.

description: Well, it's a short cycle, similar to the Dan Paddy Andy (D.P.A.)circuit but with Maum Hill stuck in the middle of it. So, fast n flat as far as Castleisland, a gentle climb out of the town, then a swoop down into a small valley immediately followed by a short sharp climb that'll pull the legs off you. Be prepared to unclip if nec. There's a wee bit of a break before the second part of the climb which is longer but less severe and then the circuit is continued by what is part of the regular D.P.A run.

description: Now this is a good training route. Solid climb straight off the bat, descent to RnaG, a slog out the road before a good descent to Headleys Bridge. Now comes the long climb to the Castleisland height - pace it out, this is one of the best climbs we have for pure tempo climbing. Then its fast fast fast into Castleisland and flat back to Tralee ideal for drafting and group work. A great cycle.
