South Loop goes past a golf course and the rediculously big houses, making a water stop at McDonald's. The loop there and back to Slab Cabing is 5.5 miles. Call it quits there or follow the bikepath north to Puddintown Road and into Spring Creek for another water stop at the fountain (turned off during the winter, of course). Turn around and head back to complete the 2.5 mile northern out-and-back. It's not a very scenic run, but it gets the mileage in without having to deal with hardly any traffic.
