Bike Ride Description
Challenging route> It starts with flat ride thru city streets (16 miles) and then with challenging climbs and descents thru Castro Valley (10 miles). Afterwards, a little more city street flats in Hayward (7 miles) until Redwood rd, where a challenging climb awaits (some 7 to 8 miles of climbs followed by aome 5 miles of ultra fast descent -up to 42 mph). The last part is a mix of climbs and descents until Lake Merrit. Excelent work out!
