Bike Ride Description
Starts at Poway Rd & Highway 67; head north.
Turn around at Highland Valley Rd. Head south.
Second turnaround at Willow Rd. in Lakeside.
Last 8.5 miles from Willow Rd. to Poway Rd. is ALL uphill. Excellent hill training.

The north part of Hwy 67 headed to Ramona is lovely, with rolling hills.

The south part of Hwy 67 feels a little bit like a construction road, though -- not particularly scenic. But you can't beat the elevation!
