Bike Ride Description
SuperFrog bike course (56 Miles) will be four loops.
 
Superseal bike course will be two loops (28 miles).
 

 
First loop will start at Silver Strand State Beach Transition area and procede down the frontage road onto the Soutbound HWY 75 on ramp.
 

 
Last loop will turn off HWY 75 back into the transition zone on the Silver Strand State Beach exit.
