Bike Ride Description
With nearly 5,000-feet of climbing, this is one of the standard rides I do to gauge my fitness level. Rolling hills lead to gradual 12-mile climb which leads to shorter and steeper climbs before descending into Estes Park. Descend 20-miles into Lyons before rolling hills take you back to Boulder.

Rode this yesterday after three weeks off training to gauge my lack-of-fitness as I begin my slow off-season training. Different than other times when we battle up the whole way, yesterday I enjoyed the views but suffered all the same.
