Start in Fitchburg > Capitol City up John Nolan > Southwest Commuter Trail > Lake Mendota Drive > Around Lake Mendota > Back to the Capitol > Mills Street to the Arboretum > Aboretum to Seminole > Capitol City Trail to finish

Fun ride. Some traffic worries, but not bad.
