- this is a flat ride with the exceptions of draw bridges which are nice seated climbs or out of the saddle climbs depending on how much resistance you want. this ride with a headwind, as it was today 20-30mph winds, really gives you a run for your money. the only part i really didn't enjoy was the ride thorugh downtown miami, simply for the fact that there is a good amount of road and buliding construction that makes for A LOT of blowing sand, dirt, etc. otherwise, i had a blast!!!
