Description of this Bike Ride

Start out from Table rock state park with a five mile warmup before the seven mile climb up 276 and over Caesar's Head. Descend into North Carolina and cruise through Cedar Mountain. Turn left on East Fork Road and battle a tremendous short climb. Descend quickly into the East Fork Valley. Follow the river down to 178 where its all smiles down hill back to highway 11. A moderate stint on 11 brings you back to the starting point. Great climbs and blow your hair back descents wrapped into a 55 mile looper.
