Description of this Bike Ride

Start at Bronzed Onion, Freshy. Head easy way down Harbord Rd to Pittwater Rd. North through Narrabeen then L at Garden St and L again into Powderworks. Climb to Mona Vale Rd (some steep bits but flats in between), then L along Mona Vale Rd to then R at junction with McCarrs Creek Rd. Immediate R at mini r'bout then follow McCarrs to L onto Coal and Candle Drive (signed Cottage Point, Akuna Bay). Loop around past Akuna with a fast descent and medium climb, then L at West head Rd. Follow for as long as you like (I often turn at Towlers Bay Track) then return to McCarrs. L at MacCarrs signed Church Point. Follow Pittwater Rd from Church Point to junction with Mona Vale Rd, then remain on Pittwater riding south. L down to Dee Why then follow Griffin Rd past Curly and back to Freshy village. Enjoy a coffee!
