Description of this Bike Ride

Day 7 of Tour Duchenne from Harrington to Bulahdelah. Whilst not our longest, this is likely to be our most challenging day. Day 7 comes on top of 6 other long and tiring days, but it also finishes with three fairly decent hills. The ride starts from the hotel and heads back to the Pacific Hwy for a bit before heading off to Taree. We get back on the highway for another few kilometres before getting onto the Lakes Way through to Forster for lunch. We continue further south on the Lakes Way, up and over a few short and sharp hills and finish back on the Pacific Hwy at the town of Bulahdelah.
