Tri for Preservation (official bike course)
This is the official bike course for the Tri for Preservation, starting at T1 at Crescent Beach State Park and concluding at T2 at Crescent Beach State Park. From Transition 1 (T1) follow the park road to the park exit; exit left onto route 77. After a short climb, turn right on Fowler Rd and follow Fowler back to the Route 77. Follow Route 77 past Inn by the Sea and Crescent Beach state park. Crest the hill, take your second right onto Spurwink Rd and follow (past Purpoodock Golf course) to the intersection of route 77 ; take a right onto 77. Return via Route 77 taking a left into Crescent Beach State Park; return to the transition area - a 14.5 mi cycling route in Cape Elizabeth, Maine
