2007 Tour of Spain - Stage 6 - Reinosa to Lagrono
After the first two serious tests for the favourites to win the overall race, the sixth stage of the Vuelta, on Friday, 6 September between Reinosa and Logrono, will provide a great opportunity for the sprinters' teams to dominate the race again and snap up some stage wins.
The stage doesn't include a single climb, which means there will be 184 very favourable kilometres for fast riders, and for the overall leader and his team mates to save some energy for the next set of tests to come.
Brief History: The Vuelta has started from Reinosa seven times and fourteen events have finished in the city of Logrono. The capital of La Rioja welcomed its first finish to the Vuelta in 1941. The last one, in 1995, ended in victory for the Italian sprinter Nicola Minalli. - a 116.3 mi cycling route in Reinosa, Spain
