Run Description
Monday night YMCA Club Run: Warm up 1.5 miles to Lake Ivanhoe (water available here). From there the tempo run course weaves through College Park and back to the YMCA. Paces range from roughly 6 to 9 min/mile. A Monday night tradition for over 6 years!
