I was running with my group one day and started to have problems with my knees and started to fall behind, since I didn't know the route one of my freinds stayed beind with me. As we run, Most of the boys on the team took their shirt off. As we got closer to the end of the course I decided to take my shirt off during a run for the first time in my life int he public for a run. Like many people have said there's always a first for everything, even if it means in a middle of an activite.
