- 40-mile route that combines 20 miles of paved trail riding with 20-miles of paved road riding along both sides of the Mississippi River in central Minnesota.

Starts on the Lake Wobegon Trail in Stearns County, traveling northeast, which becomes Soo Line Trail in Morrison County. Cross the Mississippi River just downriver from a dam, with a great close-up view of the dam from high on the trail bridge, and a commanding view south along the Mississippi. On the west side of the river crossing, the trail intersects with the national route of the Mississippi River Trail, a designated bicycle route running the length of the Mississippi through all 10 river states. East of the river, follow a road loop up to Little Falls, visiting the park and dam there, then cross the river again and head south along the Mississippi River Trail, past the entrance of Charles A. Lindbergh State Park. Reconnect with the Soo Line Trail and bike southwest to Holdingford for the finish.
