First seven(7) miles basically flat (to Sycuan Jct). Now comes the climbing, about 6 miles and approx 1500' up to Apline .\n\nSit back for a good downhill run, first down to Arnold Way (top of Haribson Canyon), flatens out for about a mile then another good downhill run through Harbison Canyon.\n\nYour back at Sycuan Jct. Retrace the route on Dehesa and Willow Glen roads back to the start. Again it's flat so it's time to hammer! Push it if you can for a great overall workout! \n\nTypically there's a bit of a headwind heading west (toward start),but this shouldn't stop you - hammer it home! \nFor the final 7 miles if:\n solo - try maintaining at least a 20 mph\n (or greater) avg.\n group - there are some nice shoulders on Dehesa and Willow Glen. Work a paceline and try maintaining a 24 mph avg.\n
