- We meet Mondays and Wednesdays at 12:15pm by the front door of the gym in Building 2 for a 4-6 mile run. Employees at any skill level/speed are welcome to join us.
Not sure if you're ready for running, or want more of a low-impact workout? We walk the Stanford Dish Loop (about 5.3 miles) on Tuesdays and Thursdays and meet by the front door of the gym in Building 2 at 12:15pm for a brisk pace walk that will be sure to get your heart rate going!
So take some time out of your busy schedule and join us for a run in the fresh air!
