I am a mother of 3 children, 10,4 & 18 months. I started working out last year to try and rid myself of the baby weight. I did a boot camp which motivated me to do more. I did a sprint triathalon last August and became hooked on working out. My next goal suddenly involved running a half-marathon. I had 8 weeks to train. I have 3 weeks until the race now and I am psyched for it. I have lost 10 lbs and gained lots of muscle and tons of self-esteem. I feel great about myself again.
