Thursday evening and Sunday late morning group trail runs with the majority of the runs being in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The runs are oriented towards helping beginning runners and as an easy run for more experienced runners. Everyone is welcome…nobody will be left behind. Each week we will pick a new trail. You should be capable of running 3-5 miles. Typically, we will go to the Winking Lizard in Peninsula for dinner/drinks after. All questions/suggestions welcomed.
