I'm a 25 yr old guy from Blue Bell PA working in Biotech/Pharma.  I'm a runner at heart, but I've expanded to other activities in the past few years like biking, lifting, swimming, and whatever sports I can conjure up enough folks to play (I love bball, football, and baseball).  I can be found somewhere running/biking in the burbs, lifting/playing bball/swimming at LA Fitnesses (mainly E Norriton), or drinking at north wales/manayunk/old city/rittenhouse/conshohocken watering holes.

I've been using mapmyrun.com off and on for about 2 years now? but I've been consistently using it the past few month to track my training progress.  Check out my training/routes and let me know what you think.  I'm always looking for other ways to challenge myself physically...and also like-minded drinking buddies
