I grew up in the Northeast but McKinney TX is my home. I love it here. For those who love to run, cycle and eat out, there's no place better. You'll find me running through Eldorado Country Club or along McKinney's hike and bike trails. My wife and I are also avid tandem cycling enthusiasts. There's hundreds of miles of traffic free cycling just north of here.

I started running in College as a way to cope. I didn't realize it would be my calling; I never stopped. People don't understand, but I don't care. It's not an addiction, it's still hard to get up and do it every day. If it has become easy, it's only in knowing all the good that comes from it, having your senses be alive, seeing the sunrise in the morning, hearing sounds of night, feeling the heat of the day and awakening in the coolness of the early morning. And then there's the wonderful taste of water after a long run, the enjoyment of a big meal, and the stamina for well, everything! Please share you stories with me, and Happy running and cycling!
