After many failed attempts to be a good mountain biker I fell in love with road biking. Riding country roads to small towns, stopping only for snacks and Gatorade .

I then joined the local North Atlanta Riding Club NARC and I was soon riding pacelines and climbing in the north Georgia mountains. I also climbed the Cherohala Challenge this year in Tellico Plains, Tennessee. The Cherohala Skyway is a road with the highest average elevation of any road its length east of the Mississippi.
