I didn't take a day off, just from swimming. I still cycled, but I did give the upper body a break!

Nice to see you keeping up with the swimming and spinning, two of my favorites. You are right about your triceps and the pool. But the last 10% of your stroke under the water is where the money is, and its easy to forget to complete your pull when your triceps are on fire. Hang in there!
