Trying to stay as active as possible. In the summer, cycling takes me away from CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting, but when it starts getting nasty out, then I head back for the basement with the Rower and Barbells.

We back into cycling at the end of May 2008 using box-store mountain bikes.  About 500 miles later, we upgraded to Cannondale Synapse models in July 2008. We now intersperse our riding with Cannondale MTBs and Surly LHTs.
