After taking 20 years off. Started running again August '07.


Have run several 5k's going from:


August '07 24:50 to March '08 20:50! Just did Sept '08 ... 20:39.
1/2M = 1:37:56


My son Noah (12) and I run races together when possible and before too long, he's going to be faster than me!




BIG GOAL = 5 min mile in June!
(GETTING CLOSER, fastest yet 6:08)




NOW I have the Tri bug, did first Duathlon in Enumclaw, WA on 4/27, loved it! Did 3 Sprint Tri's summer '08 and plan to do the same 3 summer '09 so I can compare my progress!
