DetailsHobbies: Changing my workout habits from power and strength focused (football and rugby) to be more in-line with my marathon running, triathlete wife...bottom line, I want to be more lean and have more of an overall athletic look. My focus is more on overall fitness now, bringing in a triathlete's view on working out...more cross training and more body weight strength exercises.
