I value my health in all of it aspects. Be it Dental, Vision, Mental, or Physical.
My Goal is to work out at least 3 hours a week. I will work on building my cardiovascular system and losing weight. My goal weight loss is 1 lbs per week. This will be achieved by weekly running, hiking, biking, and walking.
