I live in West Seattle and am always looking for running/cycling partners. I usually run about 30mi/week at 7mph and ride 2-3 times a week at about 18mph. This year I plan on racing: Chuckanut 50K, Trioba 12 hr and 24 hr, S2S - Seattle to Spokane, and some others...
