I'm a fat guy but I used to be ok with it. Then I got married and saw my wedding pictures. I didn't realize until then that I looked like a walrus! I got a pedometer that plugs into the computer and use it every day, and try to exercise at least 5 days a week for an hour. So far I've gone from 284 pounds (yikes!) to 239. I'm trying to stay motivated, but sometimes a nap sounds so much better than going for a hike...
